 Summary:

Megumi has the upper hand in her fight against Reggie. While Takaba and Hazenoki finish their own battle, Megumi receives a visitor after closing his shop in Tokyo Colony No. 1. Meanwhile, in Sendai Colony, the Culling Game has become even more cruel.

Plot:

Reggie lies bleeding on the ground looking at Megumi, the man who beat him up. He realizes that the domain and pool were hiding that Megumi can still strike with Divine Dog: Totality. Megumi didn't escape to the gym using Nue, she lured Reggie inside. A warlock from the past is embarrassed to have been outwitted by a much younger modern warlock. Megumi explains that Nue can't carry people for long, and he had trouble with it before when Nue took Yuji and Ino up the Shibuya C Tower.

Megumi asks what Reggie's relationship is with Master Tengen. There isn't much of a relationship as it takes Reggie a while to even remember who Tengen is. He only knows that the hermit is immortal and is not surprised to find that he is still alive at this time. Reggie claims that Tenge's explanation of the Culling Game is a bluff. Megumi has to consider that Tengen could be secretly in league with Kenjaku, but she still finds it highly unlikely.

Defeated with dignity, Reggie tells his Kogan to transfer all 41 of his points to Megumi. The Benefactor isn't too pleased, but Reggie tells him to consider it a good dead before death. He adds that he is just a spectator and is not close to Kenjaku at all. With his last words, Reggie tells his executioner to let fate play tricks on him before he dies like a fool. With Reggie's death moments later, Megumi receives five points from her Kogane.

A massive explosion goes off on the roof of another building elsewhere in the city. It was caused by Hazenoki, who is still fighting Takaba and wonders if he has finally hit his target. The comedian appears next to Haznoki and tells him that he missed, while comically encouraging him to stay focused because his opponent is tough. Hazenoki, constantly irritated by Takaba's antics, tries to punch him, only for his fist to slip. For some reason, Takaba is covered in ankake sauce, which infuriates his opponent even more. Hazenoki is frustrated by this fight as he doesn't understand why Takaba doesn't take damage no matter how many times he is bombarded.

Kogane interrupts the battle to inform Hazenoki that Reggie Star has been eliminated. Surprised, Hazenoki decides to leave the fight altogether. He says he's going home because he's had enough. At first, Takaba is cool with this and responds with a comedic reminder to take a bath. Takaba then remembers what Megumi asked him to do and tries to harass Hazenoki about his points, only to be rebuffed repeatedly. Innate Cursed Technique Fumihiko Takaba is a comedian. Everything he is sure will be funny will come true. It is a cursed technique with the potential to even rival Satoru Gojo, but Takaba is completely unaware of this.

Elsewhere, Remi runs through the streets in a panic. She is desperate because she is uncomfortable with adversity and being an adult. She was always told that men were supposed to be wolves, but they always took care of her. She doesn't know how to proceed and still thinks the wolves will help her until she is cornered by the real death dog, Divine Dog: Totality. But before Megumi can make good on his threats, Tsumiki's voice tells her brother to stop before he kills someone in cold blood. Divine Dog disappears and Remi is surprised to be released. Fed up and exhausted, Megumi tells her sister to shut up before collapsing to the ground unconscious. Just as this happens, none other than the angel Hana Kurusu descends on his body.

In the Sendai Colony, the jujutsu battles far surpassed those in the Tokyo Colonies in terms of sheer brutality. At the center of the conflict are four powers that have reached an impasse within the colony.

Dhruv Lakdawalla is a veteran of the Wa Civil War in his second incarnation. It has 91 points and two types of shikigami that can form a domain with their orbiting trajectories. Ryu Ishigori has 77 points and the highest cursed energy expenditure of any Culling player. Takako Uro is a former captain of the Sun, Moon and Stars unit directly connected to the Fujiwara clan, also known as Toh. He has 70 points and the ability to manipulate the sky. Kurourushi is a strange cursed spirit cockroach released by Kenjaku from cursed spirit manipulation. He has 54 points and is lying idle until the adverse conditions pass.

Due to their opposing abilities and natures, the four powers forced a watershed rather than an alliance. However, the stalemate breaks down when one side finally collapses. Dhruv Lakdawalla is defeated by Tokyo Jujutsu High's second year student, Yutou Okkotsu, who now has 35 points. Three months after the Hundred Demon Night Parade, he gained his special rank and has an unusual power second only to Satoru Gojo.
