 Summary:

Megumi sets another trap for Reggie Star as their battle reaches its climax. Both fighters fight under extreme pressure to prove who can carry the most weight!

Plot:

The average human being can only withstand about five to six units of g-force before losing consciousness. Megumi weighs sixty kilograms and can support 2.4 tons of weight, which is equal to forty g-force units. A fully grown elephant weighs between three and six tons, and Megumi's domain increases the accuracy of his cursed technique and realistically replicates Max Elephant's weight. With this weight bearing down on him, Reggie broke his right fibula and calcaneus. Both fighters are under immense pressure and can be crushed to death at any time.

Reggie laments that he didn't save the trucks he used to use for more weight at this point. Max Elephant soaked him with water, but there are still receipts he can dish out, including his ace. Reggie wonders if he can enter the shadows, unleash his ace and finish Megumi off. He dismisses the idea because anything caught in the shadow after dispelling it may not escape. It is possible that after Megumi dies, Reggie will remain trapped in the shadows. Plus, he's not sure what it's like inside the liquid shadow matter. He decides that this option is too risky and tries to support the weight of the elephant while he drops his ace in the hole.

Reggie tries to pick up the elephant with one hand while pulling out the correct receipt. Before he can fully activate Contractual Re-Creation, Reggie succumbs to Max Elephant's weight and falls into the shadows. Without any buoyancy or resistance inside the shadow, Reggie falls into the darkness and begins to lose consciousness without any access to oxygen. With Reggie presumably defeated, Megumi waits until he's sure his opponent is dead before dispelling the domain and emptying his shadow.

Suddenly, one of the cars inside Megumi's shadow takes Reggie back to the surface. The things that Reggie recreates disappear after he gives them a command. He had held off on the cars until now because he wanted to get heavier to go down on Megumi. Saved from certain death, Reggie praises Megumi's strength and admits that she is a strong wizard, before immediately declaring that she is even stronger. Activates Contractual Re-Creation and summons a small, two-story wooden house that weighs at least thirty tons.

The situation will change radically in the next moment. Despite using his ace, Reggie suddenly finds himself underwater and is strangled by Megumi from behind. Megumi's weight is used to drown Reggie, forcing him to deactivate his cursed technique and cancel the cars weight registration. Reggie is able to swim back to the surface for air and realizes that he is inside the gym's basement pool. Megumi ran into his shadow and ended the domain, causing the house to break the floor, forcing Reggie to fall into the pool below. It's unclear how Megumi was able to move despite the weight, but Reggie believes he did it by launching himself out of the shadows.

Megumi goes to her opponent while Reggie crawls out of the water. Megumi tells Reggie that his receipts are too wet to use right now. Normally, splashing water on the receipts isn't enough to fade the print, so that alone isn't enough to stop Reggie from making things with Contractual Re-Creation. However, soaking the receipts prevents Reggie from fulfilling the activation condition, which requires burning the receipts with cursed energy.

Reggie outwardly disagrees with Megumi and counters that Megumi can no longer summon shikigami. Megumi agrees that it is and suggests that their exchange be a physical fight from now on. However, Reggie doesn't really believe it. He knows that Megumi dropped him in the pool and waited before immediately attacking again so that he could refill his cursed technique after dispersing the domain. He expects Megumi to summon a shikigami and plans to confront Megumi as soon as he lets her. Additionally, Reggie is convinced that none of Megumi's shikigami can finish him off as he believes he is still unable to use Divine Dog.

In a one-on-one melee, Reggie is able to gain the upper hand over Megumi. He admits that Reggie is a tough opponent, shown by his ability to withstand Max Elephant's weight earlier. He is also a talented martial artist with fine-tuned cursed energy enhancement techniques. Reggie tries to use his talent to pressure Megumi into summoning a shikigami other than a dog.

Just before Reggie is able to hit Megumi directly, a portion of the far left side of Reggie's face, his ear, and a large portion of his left shoulder are completely severed. After taking a fatal blow at blinding speed, Reggie is taken back at attack speed. He looks back to see none other than Divine Dog: Totality. He has two knife holes in his nose as well as clumps of Reggie's hair and flesh in his mouth. Megumi waited for Reggie to release the dog completely, confirming his earlier statement that the wizard was nothing more than an impostor. Reggie repeats as he collapses to the ground in a pool of his own blood.
