 Summary:

Just as things look dire for Noritoshi, a katana-less swordsman and sumo enthusiast with no one to wrestle with, jump into the fray. They are two incarnations without an outlet for their passions because Japanese culture has abandoned them in the past. To break the stalemate with Naoya, Maki hands over her weapon and puts her trust in the unique skills of a unique swordsman.

Plot:

On November 2nd in Kagoshima, Hagane Daido, who had only been incarnated for a short time, was trying to understand what had happened to the place of katanas in society. He couldn't find any real swords and was running around like crazy yelling "katana!!!". Meanwhile, in Miyazaki, Rokujushi Miyo found no one willing to compete in sumo with him. He saw the match on TV and decided to head to Tokyo where it took place, but ended up going the wrong way to Sakurajima Colony.

In the present, Daido and Miyo suddenly join Noritoshi's fight against Naoye. Noritosho asks who they are, but Naoya doesn't care and attacks him. Maki protects Noritoshi and returns to his side, but he notices that she has not fully recovered. He goes to tell her to run, but Daido cuts him off by yelling "katana!!!".

Since Maki can't make it against Noay just yet, she decides to change the fight by bringing Daido into it. He throws his katana at him and as soon as Daido grabs hold of the cursed tool, a feeling of fear washes over everyone nearby. They are not affected by the cursed energy, instead they can sense Daido's sheer deadly blade.

Daido starts by slashing forward and only scrapes Naoya who narrowly avoids the attack. Exasperated, Daido realizes that he is in control of the demon sword and tells him to obey his orders. Maki tries to warn Daido of the incoming attack from Naoyi, but he easily dodges it. Daido asks Maki if she is facing some kind of evil spirit and she is confused as to how she can fight Naoya without seeing him. Daido claims that he can see everything else, which is the same as being able to see him.

Daido cuts Naoya in half with a single slash, surprising Maki. Daido questions why Maki didn't do this and tries to understand what she can't see. She wants to know the difference between herself and the monster she met in Shibuya. Suddenly, a sumo wrestling match is created behind Maki using Miyo's simple domain. He sings "hakkeyoi" and signals Maki to sumo with him.
