 Summary:

Panda searches for Hakari at the very end of the fight against Kashimo. Hakari survives Kashim's last effort and decides to make a deal. Meanwhile, Kyoto Jujutsu High students head to the colonies to share the next phase of the plan to fight the Culling Game.

Plot:

As a result of the explosion caused by Kashimo at sea, a mixture of water and blood rains down on the wharf. The panda, now much smaller than usual due to the injuries he sustained, walks to the edge of the yard and expresses concern for Hakari's health. After seeing his classmate's severed hand, Panda assumes the worse. Kashimo emerges from the water and climbs onto land. He's exhausted and out of damn energy, but he believes he's finally won.

However, Hakari suddenly appears from the water and punches Kashimo across the face. He's missing an arm, but he's still alive. Kashimo's cursed energy created a steam explosion meant to destroy his opponent, but Hakari knew that Kashimo was trying to stop him from further expanding his domain as he was headed for the next round with increased probability. Kashimo tried to at least take off Hakarima's left arm to stop him from doing the hand sign. Anticipating this, Hakari decided to sacrifice his left arm in a final binding vow that protected the rest of his body from the cursed energy that would be used on his arm.

Kashimo tells Hakari to kill him, but Hakari refuses, because then the hundred points the former owns would disappear. Hakari even admits that he doesn't consider it a clean victory since Kashimo never unleashed his innate technique. He praises Kashimo for being so powerful while only manipulating the traits of his cursed energy. Kashimo questions how Hakari knows both and is surprised that his intuition was correct. Kashimo reveals that he can only use his cursed technique once and he only wanted to do it on Sukuna. With high admiration for his rival, Hakari offers Kashima a deal.

Panda finds Hakari and is surprised to learn that Kashimo will join them in exchange for fighting Sukuna. Panda disagrees, but Hakari insists that it's fine, confusing Kashima when he hears that Hakari is Sukun's senpai. At the same time, rule ten is added to the Culling Game allowing the transfer of points between players.

Hakari returns to the amusement park where he met Charles and finds an aspiring mangaka once again. Charles asks why he came back and what happened to his arm, but Hakari dismisses his questions. Hakari asks him if he feels better after the fight and even offers to read his manga. However, Charles has yet to officially release anything, which angers Hakari, prompting him to berate Charles, telling him to draw like his life depended on it rather than worry about being a wizard.

Momo Nishimiya arrives at the colony and interrupts Hakari while kicking Charles. He asks if Hakari got the points and reveals that the Kyoto students are working together with their group to fight the Culling game. He also adds that they want to delay the creation of another rule to establish communication between the colonies, as Maki and Ui Ui can serve as a connection for them. Hakari questions how Maki can pass through barriers without hindrance, and Momo reveals that it's because she became a "monster".

Meanwhile, at Sakurajima Colony, Maki makes short work of the most aggressive cursed spirits and players in the area. He meets Noritoshi Kamo, who now has a completely new look. Noritoshi reveals that he is no longer the heir of the Kamo clan and has fallen from grace while Maki has grown stronger. Noritoshi demands that Maki meet Ui Ui after she leaves Sakurajima Colony, but their conversation is interrupted by the arrival of a mysterious cursed spirit that enters the colony and ignores Kogan's request to become a player.
